Christmas!!

I was just going to do a catch up post, but there was to many pictures for one post :)  Before Christmas we went to Temple Square to see the lights with some family.

He was just having so much fun he couldn't handle it anymore :)
It ment so much to be able to spend some time with my family.  It was so nice to be able to go and feel the Spirt in the middle of all the crazyness that is Temple Square :)

And then there is Christmas!!!

He must be the only grandchild or something :)   He got totally spoild :)

He was so tired.  He was such a trouper!

It really was an amazing time!!  We love going and being able to spend time with everyone. 

Happy 1st Birthday Chris!!

I know, I know, I'm a slow poster...but at least it is up :)

I can't believe that my baby is 1 year old!!   The time goes way too fast.
We had a Monkey theme birthday.  I carried it over from all the decorations in his room and the baby shower :)

The cake made by my wonderful friend Brittany P.  She is amazing at decorating cakes!  I am so happy that she took on the challenge for me :)

Chris opening his presents.  He LOVED opening the gift bags.  He threw the tissue paper all over!

Thanks to this present, his new favorite thing to eat are Goldfish Crackers :)

 

He LOVED everything that he got.  He also learned that he loved to open presents :)

 

And now for the cake :)

He was a little timid to eat it at first because we kept telling him no when we were singing to him :)

Once he got into it, there was no stopping him!

He was trying to eat it with out his hands.  To bad his tray got in the way :)

You know a kid loved their food when they have it as a handle bar mustash  :)

I think that he liked making such a mess :)

I'm sad that this picture didn't turn out very good, but you can see with the other pictures that he completely destroyed it :)

It was really an amazing day and I can't believe how fast the time has gone.  Thanks to all those who came and supported Chris.  It meant so much to all of us.  It wouldn't have been so amazing if we couldn't celebrate it with family and friends  :)
