Special Report

Someone took an employees key and broke into the Zions Bank Building in Salt Lake City late Thursday night. Nothing was missing but it does look like there was some vandalism, however it looks like it was contained to one cubical.










What you can't see very well is the confetti all over his desk. Upon further investigation it seems it was someone's birthday Friday February 19th and this person did have permission to go into the building so late from the employees boss. However, it did seem like she didn't tell him how she got into the building so it drove him crazy all day (or his coworkers since he asked all of them if they were in on it) :)

And that concludes our special report for the day and we would like to say Happy Birthday to that lucky guy :)

It was so fun to surprise him with something on Friday since he figured out all my other surprises. Friday night he got to chose the restaurant and we went out to dinner in Sandy. Then it was to Avatar. He only wanted to see it in Imax 3D or he wouldn't have been as happy. So to Jordan Commons we went :)

Here is Zach at dinner at JoHanna's Kitchen. It was kind of like a Doug and Emmy's or Sill's Cafe type restaurant.

Da Da Da DAAAAAAAAA!!!

I would just like to announce to everyone:

Happy Birthday Zach!!!!!!

That's right, it is Zach's birthday today. He is now the big 28. I love you sweetheart and I hope you have a fantastic day :)

I haven't forgotten

We do have pictures for christmas. Our new camera we got didn't come with a computer cable (which it should have) and our old one doesn't fit it. We will get pictures up asap :)

The decision has been made

I am going to the DATC starting November 2nd to get my CNA. It is a 6 week program plus clinicals. It is going to take maybe 2 months to get certified. I am hoping to move onto my RN after that. I am way excited, but nervous to start school again. This is definitely going to be an adventure.

Zach's new job

Zach started a new job about two months ago at Zions Bank. He is working in the National Real Estate Division of Zions Bank in the Collections Department. I think it is funny that we both work in collections now and that we work at opposing institutions :) Oh, by the way, I have a new position in the credit union as well :) We both love our new jobs, and love getting a steady paycheck :) That was the hardest part of Zach's old job.

Farmington Festival Days 7/11/09

Finally putting on the pictures of my half Marathon :) I still can't believe I did such a thing.

Looking at this picture, I can see why my back hurt so bad afterwords :)
This was right before my wall. After this I had to go up the hill behind Russon Brothers Mortuary. It was a way steep and long hill. I couldn't jog very much after that.

Mile 11 1/2 It took me so long to get here that they cleaned up the water station. I love my husband for having a glass of water for me here :) Good thing it was right next to our house :)

After the race. I don't have any pictures of the finish line, because Zach went and got me breakfast before they cleaned it all up. It took me over 3 hours to finish and I didn't jog the whole thing. I still finished the race. I have to thank Zach for being the camera man, getting me water in between the water stations, and getting me a bananna to eat because I got really hungry in the middle of the race.

4th of July Snowman

That's right. I said snowman. Every Fourth of July we build a snowman. I is a crazy tradition, but it is really fun.

It all starts one wheel barrow at a time :)

We truck the snow down from the canyon. We had 3 truck fulls this year. There was plenty of snow :)

Shoveling it all up. No rolling here :)

This years finished product and the crew. Now all we have to do is wait for next year for another one :) Or maybe just winter time. How many people can say they built a snowman in shorts and bare feet :)
